I did not get a clear idea of "Why China banned Skyscrapers?" by watching this video. The only reason I heard was that it is economically "slightly" risky. There must be more reasons to it. Perhaps decentralisation? Cultural change? Epidemic influence on cities? I feel this has not been explored.

500 metres is enough, even 400 is OK... There is a 450m-tall building in my city Nanjing and I think it is too tall... And government even want to build a taller one on city CBD, no need to do that, just save money and build more flats to lower the price of housing
